At The Pew Pew Life, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
